The Fountain Hills Chamber Players continue to be an enduring presence in the cultural life of Fountain Hills. As the professional musical group marks its 14th season, it promises to be one of the most exciting and enjoyable seasons ever.   As a special bonus, the current season has been expanded to included a fourth concert.

Presenting music from all classical eras, the Fountain Hills Chamber Players is known for the fascinating variety of music they bring to each of their programs, combining traditional and contemporary sounds and sometimes an unusual mix of instruments.

Programs are all on Sunday afternoons at 3 pm, at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran  Church. This is the 3rd season the group will be performing at this lovely venue, with its beautiful setting, excellent acoustics, comfortable seating, and friendly helpful staff..

Besides their regular season, the Fountain Hills Chamber Players also perform for other community functions and have recently brought their outreach program to young children at the Fort McDowell School.  As regular performers with the Mayo Clinic Center for Humanities in Medicine series, the Chamber Players will perform at Mayo Hospital October 12th and Mayo Clinic on Shea Boulevard October 13th, 2010. Both events begin at 12 noon and are open to the public.

A special program entitled “Experience the Arts” will be presented by the Fountain Hills Chamber Players in cooperation with the Fountain Hills Community Chorus for 4th grade students at the Community Center on Friday, November 5, 2010. This event will introduce children to both musical groups and will include a guided tour of the sculptures around the Community Center and an opportunity to create a special project with a Fountain Hills working artist.
