musical
flavors of this special repertoire.
Come join us for a glorious
adventure into the
exciting world of chamber music

The
Fountain Hills Chamber Players continue to be an enduring presence in
the
cultural life of Fountain Hills. As this professional musical group
marks its
15th performance year, it promises to be one of the most exciting and
enjoyable
seasons ever.
Known
for the fascinating variety of music they bring to each of their
programs, the
Fountain Hills Chamber Players combine traditional and contemporary
sounds and
sometimes an unusual mix of instruments.
All
performances are Sundays at 3 pm, at Shepherd of the Hills
Lutheran Church, a lovely venue, with its beautiful
setting, excellent acoustics, comfortable seating, and friendly,
helpful staff.
Besides
their regular season, the Fountain Hills Chamber Players also perform
for other
community functions and have recently brought their outreach program to
young
children at the Fort McDowell H'man Shawa School. As regular
performers
with the Mayo Clinic
Center for Humanities in Medicine
series, the Chamber Players will perform at Mayo Hospital
September 13 and at Mayo Clinic on Shea Boulevard September 14, 2011. Both events begin at 12 noon and are open to
the public.
A
special program entitled “Experience the Arts” will be presented for
the third
year by the Fountain Hills Chamber Players in cooperation with the
Fountain Hills Community Center
for 4th grade students on Friday, November 4, 2011. This event will
introduce
children to a musical performance and instrument demonstration and will
include
a guided tour of the sculptures around the Community Center and the
opportunity
to create a special project with a Fountain Hills working artist.
The
Fountain Hills Chambers Players are available to play for special
events. For
